Vincent Bush

Vincent Bush is an engineer, business consultant, entrepreneur and community volunteer.  

He retired as Sr. Director of Engineering for Frito Lay after a 30-year career.  In his last role, he was chiefly responsible for factory automation and production flexibility for all snack food manufacturing plants supporting PepsiCo North American Supply Chain Operations.  Vince spent five years in the R&D function responsible for product quality, process improvements, and new product development for the Lays, Ruffles and Cheetos brands.  Under his leadership, his team also launched the successful SunChips brand.  Additionally, he served in other senior leadership roles in plant operations and business innovation and strategy.  

Vincent is the founder of the Grandparents Hall of Fame, a website that seeks to highlight and promote the positive contributions grandparents make in the lives of their grandchildren, families, and communities. 

He also enjoys using his talents to help serve and improve his local community. He has participated in disaster relief efforts and serves as a crew chief with Habitat for Humanity of Collin County helping to build twenty homes thus far.  Vincent mentored students from middle school to college-age through various programs.  He is an active member of Grace Church Plano. 

Vincent is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
