Patricia Brown, Chief Operating Officer, has a diverse background in healthcare leadership including hospital development and management, medical real estate, strategic planning, marketing, physician recruitment and nursing. With her experience, Ms. Brown serves by developing hospital collaborative relationships and surgical access for Mary Crowley’s molecular program, designing and implementing physician outreach programs and techniques and creating strategic communication for the organization. Additionally, she oversees Mary Crowley’s facility design and development. Ms. Brown received her undergraduate degree in nursing and specialized in the management of multiple surgical centers. She later received her MBA from East Texas State University, an affiliate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
