Mary Elizabeth Warner is Corporate Counsel for Quick Chek Corporation located in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, where she has been instrumental in leading a major growth initiative for the privately-held chain of convenience stores in the New York metropolitan area. She has implemented higher standards for the firm’s due diligence and legal processes and enhanced the firm’s culture of discipline. Prior to Quick Check Corp., Ms. Warner was Executive Vice President and Associate Corporate Counsel for a commercial real estate developer.
In addition to a successful career in real estate law, Ms. Warner is also active in the community. She has served on the Authorities Sub-Committee for Governor Chris Christie’s Transition Team, the Corporate Board of Directors for Family Services of Morris County, and as Leadership Fellow for Partners for New Jersey. Ms. Warner currently has community affiliations with The Connie Dwyer Breast Center, St. Michael’s Hospital, Raritan Valley Community College and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).
Ms. Warner earned her B.A. from Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts; a JD from the College of William and Mary, Marshall Wythe School of Law in Williamsburg, Virginia; and she attended Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government in Boston, Massachusetts. She served on the Mary Crowley Cancer Research Institutional Review Board before joining the Board of Trustees.
