M. Doug Adkins

Doug Adkins is a prominent attorney in the field of business law with an emphasis on direct selling, network marketing, and general corporate representation of privately held companies, entrepreneurs, direct sales companies and professional sports franchises. 

Having graduated from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, with honors, Mr. Adkins is also known as the Co-Founder of the Dallas Mavericks, former Alternate Governor of the National Basketball Association (NBA), and former Board Member and Secretary of Home Interiors & Gifts, Inc. and Subsidiaries. 

Mr. Adkins has served numerous community organizations, including as Chairman of the Greater Dallas Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Trustee of Criswell College and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Dallas Baptist University. Mr. Adkins serves on the board of Mary Crowley Cancer Research because he shares the same philosophy as Mary C. Crowley and desires to play a role in her continuing legacy to fight cancer.
