Neil Senzer, MD

Dr. Neil Senzer is the scientific director of Mary Crowley Cancer Research.  He oversees project development in molecular therapeutics (e.g., viral vectors and therapeutics, nanoparticle delivery, molecular immunology, molecular and systems biology), and protocol/grant construction.

To date, Dr. Senzer has authored nearly 160 articles in peer-reviewed publications. He received his postgraduate medical training at the State University of New York at Buffalo, graduating with honors.  Following internship and residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, he underwent Pediatric Hematology/Oncology fellowship training at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee and subsequent Radiation Oncology residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston, New Jersey and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, New York with Dr. Basil Hilaris.

Dr. Senzer is board certified in Pediatrics, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Radiation Oncology.
